Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that it is up to Joe Cole what his plans are for next season.
There has been media reports that Cole has agreed a deal with NASL side Tampa Bay Rowdies and speaking about this to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, the City manager said: “I’m leaving Joe to himself really.
"He’s here, he’ll see the season through and we’ll talk at the end.
“I hear the stories about America and if he’s got America lined up then great for him. If not, and he wants to stay then we can talk about that.
“But at the moment, let’s play the nine games and if he goes to the US that’s fine. It’s a chapter finished and we move on.”
