New Coventry City defender Hermann Hreidarsson feels that his experience will benefit the side.
The 37 year has played around 400 matches and is captain of Iceland and he told Sky Blue Player: "I think I can definitely help on that front as I probably know things that they don't as I have had a lot of experiences in my career, which a younger player probably hasn't gone through.
“I have played hundreds of games and I can bring a lot of different things to the team. I think there is a good mixture here between youth and experience.
"We have some good seasoned professionals here already so there is a definite balance in the side. All we have to do now is start using that to pick up points on a Saturday."
