Coventry City defender Aaron Phillips feels that the hard work he has put in this season is paying off.
"I'm really enjoying my time in the side at the moment. I've been working hard all season so I'm glad it's paying off," he said to Keiran Crowley.
"It's been a great season so far and I'm really enjoying it. We haven't been at the right end of the table many times in the last few years so it's good.
"We need to keep improving though and we've got to pick up results again. We were unlucky against Chesterfield not to get the win we deserved.
"It's been a great season so far and a win at Crewe Alexandra will keep going. It is a great dressing room and we're all determined now."
