Negouai Back In Manchester

Loanee midfielder Christian Negouai has returned to his club Manchester City for treatment for a thigh strain. The Frenchman who is on a months loan which may be extended for the rest of the season, played in the FA Cup defeat at Newcastle but was not fit enough to travel to Preston.

Micky Adams said: Christian has gone back to Manchester because they have a lot more specialised equipment to help him recover. "They will assess him and hopefully,he will be back for the weekend. "
