Paulo Sousa has been appointed the new coach at Queens Park Rangers.
The former coach of the Portuguese national team signed a two and a half year deal today and has replaced former Coventry City manager Iain Dowie.
The 38 year old has said that he will keep Gareth Ainsworth as part of his backroom staff but there has been nothing said about former Sky Blues keeper Tim Flowers who was assistant manager at Loftus Road before today's appointment and performance coach John Harbin, who like Tim worked at City and QPR under Iain Dowie.
