The Birmingham born keeper was released by Shrewsbury Town earlier in the week and has been drafted into Roger Ashby's squad for the home game against league leaders Stafford Rangers today.
Lloyd Dyer who played for City last season on loan from West Brom has been loaned out to Millwall. The winger has been at QPR for three months earlier in the season.
