Coventry City defender Reda Johnson has said that bringing in new players can galvanise the team.
"The manager has made the decision to make the team better and more confident. Sometimes it can help because players are coming in and people will fight for their position," Johnson said to Sky Sports.
"It can help the team. We are professionals and most of the players are used to seeing this in their careers, we're used to seeing players coming and going.
"It's part of football and January will be a transfer window like always and we can get some good players."
