Coventry City's owners SISU Capital along with Sky Blue Sports Ltd, Arvo Masters Fund Ltd and Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd have taken out a new High Court challenge of the £14m bail out of the Ricoh Arena.
According to the Coventry Telegraph, SISU's QC Rhodri Thompson has claimed that the action was an effort to try and drive them out of the club and the City and that the bail out was a mis-use of public funds.
