Newcastle United manager Steve McLaren will not be recalling in form striker Adam Armstrong in an effort to rectify his own side's goal drought.
McLaren believes that Armstrong is in the best place to continue his development.
When asked if he was considering recalling Armstrong, he said, "No, no, not yet. He's better getting football and he's at a good place to do that.
"I have spoken to Tony Mowbray and he does like him. He set off like a house on fire after going there. He is in good hands at Coventry with Tony."I am delighted he's got recognised for his performances."
