Coventry City have received no bids so far for goalkeeper Keiren Westwood.
Reports have Sunderland the club to bid for the keeper but so far, Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has yet to hear from Steve Bruce.
Speaking to the CT, Coleman said: That’s been going on for a while and he’s been linked with them and other clubs along with Aron Gunnarsson and Leon Best, all the usual suspects, but I have not had any conversations,” Coleman said.
“If a club is going to come in from the Premier League, we know the drill. We don’t want to sell any of them but if they want to go and the clubs are that desperate for them then we will have to get the best price for Coventry City. That’s just the way it works at every club outside the Premier League.
“If the big boys want to get your players they come and get them. That’s how football is these days but there has been no conversation between me and any other club about any of our players.
“That’s not to say something won’t happen; it may do, I hope it doesn’t, but we will have to wait and see.
“It is not something that has come out of the blue so it’s not unsettling for Keiren.”
