Coventry City manager Andy Thorn is refusing to blame any of his players for the mess which sees City 23rd in the Championship table and seven points behind third from bottom Nottingham Forest.
Whilst supporters may have singled out players in particular games, Thorn refuses to point fingers and told the CT:“With what’s gone here, if the players weren’t made of such stern stuff they’d have gone under by now.
“That won’t happen and that’s why we are working hard to correct things and cut out individual errors which is the only thing that is costing us and we’re going to give it absolutely everything to get to where we think we belong.
"We’re getting on with it because the group is tight and so determined to do well, and that will carry on because we can’t carry on playing like we have and end up with nothing.
“We are going to work and work. Everyone is giving 110 per cent to make sure we get out of this.
“We are all leaning on each other at the moment and demanding of each other more and more each day.
“No-one’s going to throw the towel in because we all want to put it right.
“We haven’t been trounced in any of the games and we’re all pulling in the right way.”
