According to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert, there has been no decision on the costs for the Judicial Review which took place between SISU and Coventry City Council.
The City Council were awarded the decision by Justice Hickingbottom and SISU have said they would appeal.
However, things have gone very quiet on that front.
