Mr Justice Hickinbottom has decided that SISU cannot be given grounds to appeal his decision over the Judicial Review.
According to the Coventry Telegraph, the Judge had turned down SISU's application for an appeal.
Hopefully, this will now remove one hurdle that was stopping from Coventry City FC's owners from entering talks about returning to the Ricoh Arena and things can move at a pace they need to, in order for the Sky Blues to start the season, playing in Coventry.
