When will Coventry City Chairman Tim Fisher get it into his head that there is no need for a new stadium and that SISU would be better investing in the team?
He talks about the need for revenue streams all the year round but there are already enough facilities in the city which offer conference facilities etc and some out of Coventry site, which probably won't be easily available by public transport, is not going to encourage businesses etc to switch their functions there.
By investing the money in the team instead of building a new stadium and that team starting to do well, more people will watch the Sky Blues and Fisher and co will have a much bigger bargaining chip when it comes to sorting out a new deal with Wasps, which will improve their finances rather than gamble on a new stadium for which they may never get their money back
