Sammy Clingan has said that there is no point in rushing back.
The Ulsterman has been out for three months with a knee injury and said at the club's weekly press conference to Sky Blue Player: It's been hard for me, with the injury, to watch because you can't get on and help out but hopefully we can turn a corner and start winning games again.
"It's been a frustrating injury for me but my knee has been feeling alot stronger for so now it's a case of getting my fitness levels back up because I've been out for a while.
"Having said that there's no point in rushing because you don't do yourself any justice. You may think you're ready but when you put yourself in positions your body tells you something different so it's important to make sure you are right so you don't get any setbacks."
