Kevin Kyle might well have returned to Coventry City after his loan spell at Hartlepool United ended but he will not be part of the squad.
The Scot has had a meeting with City boss Chris Coleman yesterday and will leave the club as soon as the opportunity arises.
Said Chris Coleman to the CT: "Kevin is back but he won't be coming back into the squad.
"I had a good chat with him yesterday and he has not been a problem - good as gold. He wants to move on because he knows there is no place for him here and I'm sure there will be one or two clubs interested.
"He played fifteen games and scored five goals on loan for Hartlepool so he has got to be happy with one in three as a striker. But we have not had any correspondence from them regarding a move."
