Coventry City striker Clinton Morrison has that he will always defend his team-mates.
The striker who is out of contract at the end of the season, was involved trying to sort out a 54th minute incident during City's 3-2 defeat at Ipswich Town on Saturday.
He told the CT:“I am not going to let opposition players have a go at my team-mates when I am on the pitch.
“I let my frustrations boil over a little bit too much sometimes and I stop concentrating but I was fired up.
"You always are when you play against a team like Ipswich – Roy Keane sets them out a certain way and he is a fired up manager so you want to have a go and get your players to have a go.
“James said that Walters caught him a bit and you go over to defend your team-mate. “I saw David Norris getting involved and I was just trying to diffuse things and then Walters had a go, and then the right-back chirped up and told me that I always get involved. "It was just a bit of handbags.”
