Coventry City coach Steve Harrison has said that having Oliver Norwood on loan has given City a lift.
Speaking to the CT's Andy Turner, Harrison who takes charge of the team today at Leicester due to Andy Thorn's illness said: "Olly has come in and given us a real lift.
"He's one of those players who always stays behind after training and sometimes we have real trouble getting him in.
"His attitude and approach to the game is first class but then all those Man United boys do it right. There is no edge to them, no big headedness, they are all down to earth lads.
"That's why United are the success that they are and that's all down to the top man, the guv'nor - who has a youth team policy from the start to the last wave - your Giggs and the like - seven or eight hundred games each.
"And that is what in the long run of course, wee have got to get here."
