Coventry City loanee Frank Nouble is hoping that his hip injury has cleared up.
“I couldn’t really pinpoint where I felt the pain, it was just all around my hip and groin and really frustrating,” said Nouble to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner.
“I tried to come back after two weeks and trained but when I woke up the next morning for a home game I knew I couldn’t play so I had to rest again.
“I then saw a specialist and as soon as he saw the scan he said I was ready to go back onto the pitch and do some drills. I’d been holding back because I could still feel it but last week I didn’t feel it at all. We went through a load of tests with him and he’s said that I have to see him every two weeks now.
“So I’ll see him next week to make sure my movements aren’t too stiff and it’s down to me to build the strength back in my legs because I haven’t really done much. I have trained three times but hopefully the injury has gone.”
