Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has urged loanee Frank Nouble to fulfill his potential.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner about the scorer of City's goal against Gillingham, the City boss said: “I said to Frank the other day that I want to help him fulfil his potential but for him to do that, it’s a two-way thing and he has to buy in to what we are.
“And I believe that if he does that then he can start fulfilling that potential.
“I think that he’s got a lot of work to do and that he’s only realising a small part of that potential. But I think there’s a lot there to work with and the good thing is he’s still only 22, so he’s still got the chance to achieve that.
“But the biggest thing is the buy-in from him because I believe that with our methods and demands on the players that we can improve him. He’s still at the age where it’s a little bit of a crossroads for him and now’s the time he needs to show everyone what he can do.”
