Carsten Null, the German goalkeeper who had short trial with Coventry City while the team were in Austria for a summer training camp, will not be joining the club.
Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has been looking for another goalkeeper who is capable of providing both cover and competition for Keiren Westwood, but he decided that Null is not the man the club is looking for.
City have Lawrence Thomas on trial, the injured Danny Ireland to return and Michael Quirke as goalkeepers along with Lee Burge at the Academy.
