Nuneaton Tweets Cause Offence

Some Coventry City supporters (and Nuneaton supporters) have taken offence to a couple of tweets that appeared during the pre-season games at the James Parnell Stadium yesterday.

One related to some of the City support who had got onto the pitch during the storm and reads: "Cov fans still on the pitch. Well if you don't have your own ground, I suppose you lose that sense of respect."

The tweet which has now been deleted can be read by clicking on https://twitter.com/OldDivision3/status/490573109721042944/photo/1

A second tweet from the same Nuneaton Town account, also caused some offence for saying that this game could be a league game next season.
