Coventry City Captain Jim O'Brien has said that the City players need to start taking responsibility.
Speaking at this morning's press conference, O'Brien, who is back in the fold after missing the defeat at Gillingham due to becoming a father, told Tom Bloomfield: : "It's been our problem to kill teams off. Maybe sometimes we are not choosing the right decision and it is starting to cost us.
"It's getting to that stage now where if plan A is not working we need a plan B. The staff do enough, the players need to take responsibility. Maybe there's not enough of that.
"As a team we need to step up and start looking at ourselves.
"I think in terms of killing games off, it's about mentality. We are creating good openings but not taking our chances. Its a results business and we need to start putting some together.
"As a team we need to defend better. The manager has told us to enjoy it and take pride in it. On Saturday we didn't cope as well as we should have done.
"We know Saturday is a big one and we need to be at it, to be really really hungry."
