Jim O'Brien has said that Tony Mowbray is doing a great job with Coventry City.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph at this lunch-time's press conference, Mowbray said: "It’s nice to have competition for places and if you want to get out of this league you need that. There are three games next week as well so he’ll probably mix it up a bit.
“The manager is doing a great job and found a winning philosophy at the moment.
“Having someone like Arma coming back, he’s got to be in because he’s banging them in right now.
“I want to play every game and you work hard all week and it’s disappointing if you get to matchday and you’re not in. Your head can go a bit but I have been back in recently.
“To be fair we have got a good set of forward players here so no-one can grumble. It’s about keeping people fresh and you need that.”
