Former Coventry City youngster Rob Ogleby missed out on playing in Wales U19's 2-0 victory against Moldova.
Ogleby was suspended for the match that his adopted country won thanks to goals from Walsh and Jones, after picking up bookings in previous games versus Serbia and Norway.
Wales were hoping that hosts Norway would win their final game and they would go through to the second qualifying stage of the UEFA European U19 Championship but Norway were beaten 3-0 by Serbia who went through at Wales expense.
