Coventry born Ogleby who is now banging in the goals for Hearts U19's team after being released by City in the summer, qualifies for Wales through his grandfather.
Ogleby played 70 minutes for Wales U21 in a friendly against Austria and has again been selected by Brian Flynn for the U21's game against Northern Ireland at Wrexham FC on Wednesday February 9th.
