Groundsman Michael Finch told the club website: "The crest looks great and it's something we have thought about doing for a while and it is fantastic we have had the chance to do it for the kit launch day. We are exploring the possibility of it remaining longer term and hopefully that will be possible.
"We put hours and hours into getting the pitch right for a matchday as well as looking after the pitches down at the training ground and while the quality of the playing surface is what we are most interested in it is nice to sometimes do something different."
