Coventry City manager Mark Robins feels with hard work, confidence will come but patience is required.
Speaking to club journalist Keiran Crowley, Robins said: "We have to have some patience and some common sense at the moment. A win doesn't change everything but it does give the side a little bit of confidence for the side to continue in the same vein.
"It will push them a bit further to work hard and to work hard for the supporters. Like I have said before, we want to keep that winning feeling and that will hopefully be the case.
"With hard work, that confidence will come over a period of time. I have only been there for a week so really the players and I still need to get to know each other.
"I have to be consistent with them and get plenty of repetition to make sure the players are used to the work I am expecting."
