The centre half has been unable to get back into the team following the good form of Elliott Ward and Colin Hawkins and has featured in City's last two reserve games.
Speaking to the club website,the Welshman said: It was nice to get another ninety minutes under my belt because it's a little frustrating for me at the moment. "But with the way the lads have been playing I've just got to wait for my chance again and hopefully take it.
