Coventry City's fees to agents over the last six months were £1,500 less than from January to June 2004 according to figures released by the Football League today.
The Sky Blues shelled out £20,000 in agents fees for 21 transactions (Twelve new player registrations/transfers, one updated contract,three cancelled contracts and five loans).
In total there 1498 transactions in the Football League. of which 257 involved an agents fee.
These 257 transactions costs the clubs a total of £5,024 789. Sixteen clubs including Championship side Crewe Alexandra had no dealings with agents.
Of those who did, Leeds United paid the most (£1,553,688),followed by Leicester (£405,000) and Wolves (£360,000).
