Pearson Favourite

Nigel Pearson is now the favourite for the City Manager's job. The former Sheffield Wednesday player quit Newcastle United on Friday, giving the old footballing excuse that he had left for personal reasons.

City are looking to get the new replacement for Iain Dowie who was sacked for what is believed more than poor results before the FA Cup game with West Brom on Saturday.

Pearson has worked at Stoke,Carlisle,West Brom before he joined Newcastle.
