People Again Link Ward

The People Newspaper has again linked City with taking Elliott Ward on a season's loan. The West Ham defender could be made available by Alan Pardew and give City some cover at centre half.

The News Of The World is claiming that delays to Wembley Stadium mean that the Carling Cup Final and end of season play-offs won't be played there and that the G14 clubs are discussing a World Cup every two years with qualification done on rankings.
