Coventry City forward Clive Platt admitted his delight at scoring the winner for City over Barnsley on Saturday.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player about City’s 1-0 win which lifted them up to 22nd in the Championship table, Platt said: "I am delighted with the goal as we deserved all three points and luckily we got there in the end.
"It has been a long time coming for me really and it has been great to be involved in the team of late, and picking up a lot of points at home as well.
"I haven't managed to find the back of the net on this run of games we have had but I have been enjoying it as I think I have been playing well.
"It was another good win at home for us and hopefully I can add to my tally more times this season. I'm really happy for the lads today as everyone worked really hard and hopefully we can keep picking up these points."
