Coventry City manager Andy Thorn felt that his players gave everything during their 1-0 defeat at Peterborough United on Saturday.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said: "It is hard to take and I can't see how we lost that game. But that is the way it has gone at the moment and we can't do much about it.
“The keeper made some great saves and to see the last few minutes of the game when we hit the post among many other chances, it is tough to take. They even cleared a couple of the line.
"They gave everything they could today and we have once again played some really good football being the better side but it wasn't to be.
“There was a handball in the area and somehow the referee hasn't give it so it is just our luck. When you are down there, you never seem to get the luck and this is definitely the case.
"I don't know how he doesn't give the decision our way and I was just speaking to him there and he said the ball was blasted at the player's hand.
"Well I didn't see that. I saw our defender go for the ball in the area and head it towards goal and the defender save it with his hand.
"But that is how things are at the moment and we have to get on with it. If we going, then eventually the chances will go in.”
