Coventry City forward Callum Wilson who was stopped from scoring for City U21's in their 3-1 home defeat to Leicester City, by some excellent saves, has said that playing at the Ricoh Arena is a good experience.

Under the rules of the Pressional Development League, City U21's have to play two matches per season at the Ricoh Arena.

Speaking about his Man Of The Match performance and playing at The Ricoh Arena to Club Journalist Kieran Crowley, Wilson said:  “I would have really liked to score a goal in the game but to get 90 minutes of football at any level is always positive.

“It is a good game to play in because playing at the Ricoh Arena is always a good experience. I don’t know how the keeper has kept out the two chances I had in the second half so it was annoying.

“The second save, in particular, was brilliant so it is a shame I didn’t get on the score-sheet.  “I was pleased with the way I played and that is what you have to use the Under-21 games for."
