The Frenchman was popular during his time at Hibs but failed to reach the same level of supporter acclaim whilst at the Ricoh Arena and now City have opted not to offer him an extended deal.
"There are a lot of interested parties in Guillaume and I am sure we will find a good club for him," his agent Willie McKay told Sky Sports.
"Guillaume was very keen to stay at the club, but we couldn't agree terms on a new deal.
"We will see what offers come along before making a decision on Guillaume's future."
