Speaking to Sky Sports News on his first day of working for Coventry City, the former Arena Coventry Limited CEO said that City have the stadium and now had to get to the Premiership within three years.
In an interview with BBC Midlands Today, Mr Fletcher deemed this a fair and achievable target.
