Coventry City manager Andy Thorn has said that pre-season has gone to plan.
City take on Norwich City this afternoon at the Ricoh Arena and some of the squad will have a chance for more match time when they face Coventry Sphinx on Tuesday night and Thorn told the CT: "Everything's gone according to plan and the Norwich game will be a great way to round things off."
Last season, City went through pre-season unbeaten and not losing to Norwich this afternoon would see City achieve the same feat for the second time since 1986.
However, Thorn is not bothered about the result and said: "Again the result is significant because the friendlies are all about progression, getting everything together for the start of the season."
