Coventry City manager Steven Pressley says that he has total belief in what he and his players are doing.
Speaking at this morning's press conference to the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole and James Rodger, Pressley said: "I have total belief in what we are doing - it's a matter of time before we turn the corner.
"The players are disappointed but they believe in - and enjoy - what we do. I have no gripes with the players. They apply themselves 100 per cent.
"I want our team to have mental aggression and look to win their individual battles. Nobody wants more success for this club than me - the players have belief, though.
"There's no sign of negativity and we have had a real good training week with tremendous energy.
"Systems and formations are important but mentality is equally crucial. The fans are hurting and disappointed but they have been so supportive. I know this club will come back strongly."
