Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that it was a difficult decision to pick goal scorer Frank Nouble for the game against Gillingham in which the loanee from Ipswich Town scored the winning goal.
Speaking to Sky Sports about the 1-0 win over Gillingham, Pressley said: "Tonight was a special moment. it has been a long fifteen months and the supporters have endured a lot but it is over now.
"In the opening thirty minutes, our combination play was excellent and our link play with the strikers was excellent and that is something that allowed us to play in the areas we wanted to play in.
"The final fifteen minutes of the first half we lost a link and allowed Gillingham back into the game but I thought Ryan Haynes for an eighteen year old handled the occasion brilliantly and has come a long, long way.
"It was a difficult decision for me to pick Frank Nouble as Josh McQuoid has been exceptional. I just felt that the level between Josh and Marcus (Tudgay) had not been at the level we hoped and so I added a different type of dimension to our strike force.
"We have kept four clean sheets in our last six games and hopefully we can go on and score even more goals than we have done at this time."
