Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that he is happy to see Blair Adams back in action.
The defender had a 45 minute run out for City U21's in a friendly on Tuesday and speaking about this to club journalist Kieran Crowley, the City boss said: "I was really happy to see Blair (Adams) on the pitch as that was really my first chance to assess him and see the style of play he has.
"He played 45 minutes and he performed very well but I think this weekend maybe a little bit too early for him.
"He may get a place on the bench and that is definitely in consideration. But the main thing is next season so we have to keep one eye on that.
"The last thing we want to do is play him at risk which could set him further back and hinder his progress working towards next season."
