Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that he is pleased with the way the team is developing.
Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner after the 2-0 win at Walsall: “I’m really pleased with the way the team is developing. We’ve got stability in terms of not conceding goals, which always gives you a chance, and we’ve found a system where we’re getting control of the game and creating opportunities .
“We didn’t lose heart after the missed penalty – we responded perfectly and Jim O’Brien scored a fantastic goal, the best of his career I would imagine.
“This is a great place to play your football – we brought nearly 2,000 fans and I thought the rapport between them and the players was great.
“We’re a huge football club and as players and staff we’ve got to perform like a club of that size.
“We certainly did today but I want us to build on this, gain some momentum, get back to doing it on a consistent basis.”
