According to Jim O'Brien, Coventry City manager Steven Pressley is a leader.
O'Brien told the Coventry Telegraph about the City boss: “I played with the manager at Celtic. I was a young lad when he came in but then I watched him for years when he was at Hearts.
“He’s a leader and I think he’s looking for leaders on the park which is what you’ve got with players like Andy Webster and Reda Johnson. They’re two big personalities – and you don’t want to get on the wrong side of them – so it’s guys like that that keep you going.
