Coventry City manager Steven Pressley is hoping that results for the Sky Blues start changing.
City play Sheffield United tomorrow at Sixfields and go into the game not having won any of their last nine competitive matches, (two this season and seven last season) and Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole: "Let’s hope the results start to pick up on Saturday.
“Football is all about results and the fact is that we’ve lost our first two games. But I don’t think that tells the whole story and there are a lot of positives we can take out of our display against Cardiff.
“We had three Academy kids making their debuts, which was wonderful, but we were a little bit nervous in the early stages – we couldn’t quite get the balance between staying and pressing so we got picked off on a few occasions.
“But we grew into the game and looked really good in the second half when we carved out the better opportunities – we had two or three great moments and probably lost the goal during our best period of the game.
“We have to be sure that we don’t show the trepidation we did in the early stages – if we trust ourselves and play without fear it will come."
