Coventry City manager Steven Pressley is hoping that the players he wants to bring in remain patient.
Pressley's plans were put on hold on Monday when the Creditors Meeting was adjourned and he told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: "We hoped it would be a pivotal day on Monday and it has dragged on again and the uncertainty is a problem, but I have to continue to try to persuade players to remain patient and believe that we can get through this period.
"But, ultimately, players have families, girlfriends, wives, kids - and they have to do what's best for them and I understand that.
"Of course the adjournment is frustrating. In life in general you can deal with yes and no but it's the uncertainty that's the hardest thing to manage because you don't know. It's not ideal but we must continue to look for solutions and setting standards within the football department and create a unity and spirit to get us through this difficult period."
