Coventry City manager Steven Pressley was pleased with the 1-0 win over Hartlepool United.
Speaking to the club website after the victory, Pressley said: "The first thing to take out of the game is we have got our first home win for two months and that gets that record off our backs now.
"But for me the most pleasing thing about the game, considering that was our third game within the week, was our character and our resilience.
"I don't think we really gave up a single chance in the entire 90 minutes and the defence were brilliant today.
"We may have only won 1-0 but we always seemed comfortable and were able to see it through in the final stages."
