Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has praised Chuba Akpom and Michael Petrasso who made their debut for the Sky Blues in the 2-1 defeat against Carlisle United.
Both the loanee from Arsenal and Queens Park Rangers were lively throughout and speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole, Pressley said: “I thought the new lads did great.
“They applied themselves really well, their workrate was terrific and I think they’re both going to be tremendous assets for the club. I thought Chuba was going to get the equaliser but the keeper made a tremendous save,.
“It was a big ask for them to make their debuts together but that’s all part of becoming a better player and I thought they were two shining lights.”
