Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that the Ricoh Arena pitch is going to be a nightmare for the rest of the season.
Pressley told Alan Poole of the Coventry Telegraph: “It’s terrible. I actually asked some of the players if they had the right footwear on – but they did. It’s very difficult for them to keep their balance because their foot’s going away from them all the time.
“They tried to repair it when we came back to the ground but it’s too far gone now and it’s going to be a nightmare for the rest of the season.”
