Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that he wants three senior strikers in his match day squad.
Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole: “In Leon’s absence Callum rose to the challenge. “He proved that he could be a threat without Leon and although he didn’t score in the final few games, his overall goals ratio was excellent.
“But I’m committed to playing with two men up front and I want to recreate that combination because it struck fear into the opposition.
“I’m confident we can bring in somebody like that – yes, another Leon Clarke – but I want at least two new strikers.
“For the first half of last season Callum and Leon’s form was so good that we only needed two but you can never guarantee form and fitness so I want a minimum of three senior strikers in the building supported by the likes of James Maddison and George Thomas.”
