Coventry City Acting Chairman Geoffrey Robinson has said that his main ambition is to get Coventry City back in to the Premier League.
"I've no chance of getting my money back," said Robinson who has called an EGM for July 6th and who stated in a letter to shareholders on Friday that loans and guarantors made by him total £19m.

"But that's not the most important thing. "We need the club to go up and that's what I'm trying to achieve."
Robinson has denied to the CT that City will sell the club to Graeme Souness.
"That is certainly not true. "I am speaking to Manhattan this week and as far as I am concerned we have an outline deal and I am hopeful that they will confirm an offer by the end of the month." Asked if the proposed takeover by Manhatten had stalled, the MP replied: "Not that I know of.
